The Beginning
The Michael of Nébadon Institute was born from the idea of a personal and business plan of its Founder, initiated in 2015, which had as its accessory social objective the establishment of a foundation to execute social projects for the benefit of the human community as a whole, where the majority of the net profits from his company, in multimillion figures, would be allocated.
The Initial Fears
In January 2017, due to a personal decision, the business project was interrupted because of bureaucratic obstacles that, to be resolved, would have required its Founder to violate principles, values, and codes — not only moral, legal, and ethical ones, but also personal and spiritual.
Since then, after years of living with his own conscience and accepting the natural consequences of his choices — such as abandoning his career and prestige, as well as the misunderstanding and distancing of friends and family — he began to experience and live a simple life, but immersed in the daily reality of a local community.
Transmuted into Challenges
Following the Christlike steps, experiencing the daily life of a local community, and understanding the most common difficulties and problems faced by everyone, regardless of their social class, the Founder envisioned a viable path to accomplish the most important part of his original entrepreneurial project. Thus, what was once secondary — the Foundation — was transmuted and elevated to a central role, giving rise to the Michael of Nebadon Institute.
Following the Master
Anchored in the consciousness of unconditional love and in the guidelines of Jesus' teachings, the Founder brought into the womb of the Michael of Nébadon Institute the strategic components of an investment company, where instead of generating wealth and financial profits for himself and his partners, the results will be 100% applied and reinvested for the benefit of the human community itself, the investing entity of which we are all part.
The Founder is, above all, a full-time volunteer of the Institute, contributing not only their personal wealth—material, intellectual, and professional—but also 100% of their time, the most valuable of all their personal assets.
This is a personal commitment of the Founder to God, and they will be in service to the human community until called to return, leaving everything prepared and organized so that the Michael of Nébadon Institute project continues for future generations.
