Excellence
The Michael of Nebadon Institute is a private, non-governmental organization whose purposes and objectives are directed toward the public and social interest.
Excellence is the commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the provision of Services, whether Private or Public. For us, the classification at a level of Excellence is an exclusive right to be measured directly by the very Community we Serve, regardless of social class.
The continuous pursuit of Excellence in the provision of unconditional services — offered to our Human Community — is a natural characteristic of our Servers, inspired and encouraged daily by the Institute's High Administration.
And Results
The human, intellectual, material, and monetary resources entrusted to the Institute become part of a living and collective heritage of our Community on a global scale. These resources are managed, administered, and reinvested — through the Investment Company created by the Institute — in Social, Professional, Personal, and Entrepreneurial Projects at local, regional, national, and international levels, dedicated to the common good and to improving the quality of life of our Human Community as a whole.
The Body of Servers
Through the Internal Regulations, and seeking to optimize the administrative management of human resources, the Institute's High Administration has distributed our Body of Servers into three categories:
Counselor Servers
Resident Servers
Volunteer Servers
Conselor Servers
Counselor Servers are members of our Community, recognized for their competence, wisdom, and integrity, who are nominated by the President, the Executive Director, or at the suggestion of the Institute's Resident Servers, and approved and appointed by the General Assembly to form part of the Administrative Board's Advisory Council, with the purpose of advising the High Administration and its Servers in achieving the Institute's statutory objectives presented in Chapter Three of the Internal Regulations.
Resident Servers
The Resident Servers of the Michael of Nebadon Institute are members of our Human Community chosen to unconditionally serve their own Community — permanently — on a full-time basis, personally contributing their own wealth, such as knowledge, time, gifts, talents, skills, and personal, technical, professional, artistic, intellectual, or technological experiences, for the achievement of a purpose in common — the improvement of the quality of life of our Human Community as a whole.
These Servers are governed — on a full-time basis — by the institutional standards, rules, and principles established in the Internal Regulations of the Michael of Nebadon Institute.
Volunteer Servers
Volunteer Servers are members of our Human Community registered with the Michael of Nebadon Institute to unconditionally serve their own Community — temporarily — on a part-time or full-time basis, personally or collectively contributing their own wealth, such as knowledge, time, gifts, talents, skills, and personal, technical, professional, artistic, intellectual, or technological experiences; or personally or collectively contributing material or monetary resources, for the achievement of a purpose in common — the improvement of the quality of life of our Human Community as a whole.
These Servers, while serving, become governed by the institutional standards, rules, and principles common to all Servers of the Michael of Nebadon Institute.
Heritage
The Body of Servers of the Michael of Nebadon Institute is an integral part of a common heritage that belongs exclusively to our own Human Community. For this reason, personal and individual interests in the accumulation of private and personal assets are incompatible with the common interests of our teams, especially when making use of monetary, material, and human resources entrusted to the Institute.
Here, Volunteer Servers are already heirs to everything that is entrusted, generated, multiplied, and invested.
As for us, the mission is to serve.
UNIVERSAL
Decision of a Lifetime
Being a Resident Server of the Michael of Nebadon Institute means assuming the commitment and responsibility to serve, unconditionally, our own Human Community as a whole, on a permanent and full-time basis. This decision is the result of an intimate and personal choice made by each Server.
It is a path with a beginning, a middle and, if for some there is an end, it transcends the concepts of a single lifetime.
