Project FOR

A project is the most effective and efficient way to achieve a desired objective with the highest possible quality. It organizes all processes, guides the execution team, and directs resources to where they are needed.

For our Institute, a project with purpose and with a well-defined beginning, middle, and end is essential to achieving the expected result without losing sight of the path along the way.

Project Manager?

The Project Manager of the Michael of Nebadon Institute is the Server qualified and trained to create, develop, plan, and submit — to the Evaluation Committee — social, professional, personal, and entrepreneurial projects aligned with the Institute's purposeful functions and objectives.

This Server is also responsible for coordinating and executing the project, achieving the success of the initiative by forming, leading, inspiring, and directing his work team, composed of Technicians and Specialists registered with the Institute, as well as Community Agents and Executives of the Institute itself. In this way, he seeks to fulfill the purpose and achieve the intended results.
