The Institute’s Technicians and Specialists are professionals drawn from our own Human Community, operating at local, regional, national, and international levels, and registered as Volunteer Servers.
They possess the technical know-how needed to achieve the goals and objectives established by the Institute’s High Administration, through projects dedicated to improving the quality of life of our Community.
Selected and recruited to be part of work teams led by Project Managers, Community Agents, and the Institute’s Executives, they take part in actions, activities, and projects at different scales, from local to international.
Included here are numerous professional fields, such as electricians, plumbers, engineers (all fields), painters, bricklayers, welders, carpenters, woodworkers, glaziers, lathe operators, decorators, architects, gardeners, nutritionists, head chefs, cooks, business administrators, receptionists, general cleaning and organization assistants, physicists, chemists, mathematicians, historians, educators, teachers, therapists, dentists, doctors (all specialties), physical therapists, herbalists, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, veterinarians, social media content creators, advertising and marketing professionals, independent journalists, accountants, lawyers, comedians, hairdressers, manicurists, makeup artists, tailors and fashion designers, tour guides, hoteliers, farmers, beekeepers, divers, caregivers for early and senior age groups, inventors, scientists, maintenance and repair technicians, researchers, actors, musicians, writers, composers, helicopter and small- to medium-sized airplane pilots, paramedics, lifeguards, truck, bus, and van drivers, delivery riders, tire repair technicians, mechanics, systems analysts, computer scientists, software and app developers, ship and sailboat captains, and many other areas of knowledge and specialization yet to be mentioned.

An experienced professional is useful and necessary. However, more important than having experience is having volunteers who are willing and called to serve and to learn.
Those selected will be trained, and we will build experience together. After all, no one is born knowing everything — and life will always be our greatest teacher.
