These technical and specialized professionals come from the human community itself at the local, regional, national, or international level, registered as volunteer servers with the Michael of Nebadon Institute.

They possess the technical know-how necessary to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Institute’s senior administration.

Selected and recruited to join work teams led by Project Managers, Community Agents, and Executives of the Institute, they take part in initiatives, activities, and projects at various scales, from local to international.

This includes a wide range of professionals: electricians, plumbers, engineers (all fields), painters, bricklayers, welders, carpenters, woodworkers, glaziers, lathe operators, decorators, architects, gardeners, nutritionists, head chefs, cooks, business administrators, receptionists, general cleaning and organization assistants, physicists, chemists, mathematicians, historians, educators, teachers, therapists, dentists, doctors (all specialties), physical therapists, herbalists, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, veterinarians, social media content creators, advertising and marketing professionals, independent journalists, accountants, lawyers, comedians, hairdressers, manicurists, makeup artists, tailors and fashion designers, tour guides, hoteliers, farmers, beekeepers, divers, caregivers for early and senior age groups, inventors, scientists, maintenance and repair technicians, researchers, actors, musicians, writers, composers, helicopter and small- to medium-sized airplane pilots, paramedics, lifeguards, truck, bus, and van drivers, delivery riders, tire repair technicians, mechanics, systems analysts, computer scientists, software and app developers, ship and sailboat captains, and many other areas of knowledge and specialization yet to be mentioned.

An experienced professional is useful and necessary. However, more important than having experience is having volunteers who have the desire and calling to serve and learn.

Those who are selected will receive training, and together we will gain experience. After all, nobody is born knowing everything, and life will always be our best teacher!
