The Executives are business agents connected to the Institute's High Administration and authorized to make investments, provide advisory services, and offer specialized assistance to entrepreneurs, managers, and administrators of micro, small, medium-sized, and large companies, always guided by a collective purpose and by achieving the intended results of the Michael of Nebadon Institute Teams.

This Server is also qualified and trained to represent the Institute and to build their own team of Technicians and Specialists, offering expertise in not only in accounting, law, information technology, marketing, communication, and human resources, but also in areas capable of fostering merit, satisfaction, purpose, and joy through work.

The Executive of the Institute does not invest only in businesses. They invest in the Human Being through business.

Unconditionality

Not having personal interests of an economic, financial, or material nature does not mean lacking interest, commitment, and responsibility toward the common good. Our Executives are already heirs to everything that is contributed, generated, multiplied, and reinvested through the Institute’s own Investment Company.

The success of the results achieved is a natural consequence of our actions, and if those results did not also reach all parties involved in the negotiations, there would be no reason or purpose for Serving Unconditionally.

Unconditional Love is found in the Unconditionality of Action.

The common good and the improvement of the quality of life across our Human Community as a whole includes — without exceptions — those who serve and those who are served.

Being a leader at the Michael of Nebadon Institute does not mean knowing all things, but rather knowing where "all things" can be found and from them extracted in order to achieve the intended results.
