A Community Agent is the professional qualified and trained by the Michael of Nebadon Institute to plan, develop, and carry out social initiatives aimed at communities at local, regional, and international levels, prioritizing the most disadvantaged sectors, in accordance with the guidelines of the Institute’s senior management.
Communication
This professional is responsible for recruiting, assembling, and leading work teams made up of Technicians and Specialists registered with the Institute, as well as Project Managers and Executives, aiming to fulfill the purpose and achieve the intended outcomes of each initiative.
They also serve as a key link and point of connection between the Michael of Nebadon Institute and the Human Community at local, regional, and international levels.

An experienced professional is useful and necessary. However, more important than having experience is having volunteers who are willing and called to serve and to learn.
Those selected will be trained, and we will build experience together. After all, no one is born knowing everything — and life will always be our greatest teacher.
