The Community Agent is the professional qualified and trained by the Michael of Nebadon Institute to plan, develop, and carry out social initiatives directed toward communities at the local, regional, national, and international levels, prioritizing the sectors most in need within each region, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Institute's High Administration.

Guided by empathy, this Server — when remaining close to people — is able to understand individual and collective needs, listen carefully to their concerns, and build a relationship of trust between the Community and the Institute.

Communication

The success of initiatives directed toward the common good and the improvement of the quality of life of our Human Community as a whole is a natural consequence of the Community Agent’s ability to communicate with clarity, integrity, and truth both with their work team — composed of Technicians and Specialists, Project Managers, and Executives of the Institute itself — and with the local, regional, national, and international Community, acting as the living link of communication and connection between the Human Community and the Institute.

A good leader, when empowered, becomes the professional the world needs.

Being a leader at the Michael of Nebadon Institute does not mean knowing all things, but rather knowing where "all things" can be found and from them extracted in order to achieve the intended results.

It is not enough to ensure that the members of your team also benefit from the results. It is necessary to keep them inspired and motivated throughout the journey and along the process.
